Measuring paint consumption is a complex process that must take into account the entire painting process, including cleaning, tint change and the breakdown into individual jobs. Our HiVision Conspumtion system in conjunction with product data can evaluate this information. It then easily interprets this data with high accuracy for the operator.

Automatic measurement of colour consumption per job can be achieved by integrating colour weighing both inside and outside the powder centre. Higher automation using mobile robots can also be used to automatically transport paint from the warehouse to the paint booth and return paint to the warehouse. The system can be linked to automatic notification of paint consumption and the need to order it in relation to scheduled painting.
