Product coding brings many advantages

Order supervision is central to any process. Fixed code, RFID chip or QR tagging systems are gradually being phased out as today’s systems allow the flow of material to be tracked without the need to tag it. Tagging is unavoidable when leaving the process and, for example, storage. HiVision SprayCode allows the automatic process to be transferred to the final identification of the product. It informs about the type of part on the conveyor, the progress of the entire order and gives the possibility to make on-line changes to the order flow, especially on P&F conveyors.
